Started with one automation that saved a Friday night
DNBFlow began as a weekend project: a script that summarized customer feedback so a small support team could stop reading a thousand tickets by hand. It worked so well that the founder kept adding tools — one for SEO, one for design briefs, one for onboarding new hires.
Within a year, what began as a personal toolkit had become the workflow of choice for hundreds of small teams who needed something faster and more focused than a general-purpose chatbot. DNBFlow was built to be that focused layer — one platform, dozens of purpose-built tools, and the resources to use them well.
